Richard Lagg began working with the Johnson & Johnson Global Security in 2011. His responsibilities with J&J include Travel Security, oversight of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), Crisis Management, Investigations, Physical Security, Meeting Security, Security Awareness/Training, Business Continuity and Facility Security. Richard specializes in tabletop exercises to simulate real-world events to stimulate dialogue in preparation of crisis management concerns and is currently preparing to address security issues related to the FIFA 2014 World Cup, (his 3rd FIFA World Cup planning event).
